🔄 Refund & Return Policy – Huggher
1. Right of Return We want you to be happy with your Huggher product. You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt. Conditions for a return:
- Item unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Proof of purchase available
Items that are used or damaged cannot be refunded.
2. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us first by email: Support email: (insert your email) Please do not send your order back without contacting us first. We will then provide you with the return address and further instructions.
3. Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. If the return is approved:
- The refund will be processed via the original payment method
- Within 5–10 business days (depending on bank/payment provider)
4. Late Refunds If your refund has not yet arrived:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo. In this case we offer:
- Free replacement or
- Full refund
6. Exchanges An exchange is only possible for:
- Defective products
- Damaged items
- Incorrect delivery

7. Sale Items Discounted items may be excluded from exchange.
8. Return Shipping Customers bear the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrectly delivered. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend:
- Shipping with tracking
- Secure packaging
We cannot accept liability for lost returns.
9. Return Period Our return policy applies for 30 days after delivery. After this period we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
